- Account data: username, email address, company name, contact phone, country, website and optional WhatsApp/WeChat handles you provide at registration.
- Business content: company profile details, product listings, media files (photos/videos) you upload for AI video production and publishing.
- Platform activity: inquiries, in-site messages, and usage logs necessary to operate the service.
- Third-party account data (only with your explicit authorization): when you connect your TikTok account to publish videos, we receive your TikTok Open ID and public display name. We never see or store your TikTok password.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, operate and improve the Platform and its AI features.
- Publish videos to your own TikTok account that you create and authorize through the Platform.
- Communicate with you (verification codes, notifications, support).
- Prevent fraud, abuse and illegal content; comply with law.
4. TikTok Integration
The Platform integrates with TikTok via the official TikTok API (“TikTok for Developers”). When you choose to publish content to TikTok:
- You are redirected to TikTok’s official authorization page and grant permission to your own TikTok account.
- We receive a TikTok access token that we use only to upload videos you create to your account and to read your public profile name.
- You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings or by removing the connection in the Platform.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only: (a) with service providers who help operate the Platform (hosting, AI processing, email); (b) with the platforms you explicitly connect (such as TikTok, for publishing your own content); (c) when required by law.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
