Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hymiray Platform (hymiray.com, media.hymiray.com, sites.hymiray.com), operated by Hymiray. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Hymiray is a B2B marketplace connecting verified automotive suppliers with international buyers. It also provides AI-powered media tools (“media.hymiray.com”) that help suppliers create marketing photos and videos and publish them to their own social media accounts (including TikTok) after the supplier’s explicit authorization.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, misleading or harmful.
• Publish content to third-party platforms (such as TikTok) without owning the content or having the rights to publish it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.
• Use automated means to scrape, spam or disrupt the Platform.

5. Third-Party Platform Publishing (e.g. TikTok)

When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok) to publish your content: (a) you authorize us to act on your behalf solely to upload the content you create; (b) you are responsible for complying with that platform’s own terms and content rules; (c) we are not responsible for actions taken by the third-party platform (including account suspension or content removal by that platform). You may disconnect any platform at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant Hymiray a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service. You must own or have rights to everything you publish.

7. Fees

Some features (e.g. AI media production, verified membership) may require payment. Fees are displayed before purchase. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hymiray is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content removed or accounts restricted by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; deletion of your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
